Recently, a friend of mine sent me some money that was supposed to get me by for the month and I was going to withdraw it to buy food and such, so it was sent as a gift or as a personal paymeny, but Paypal is putting my money on hold and it's not letting me receive it for reasons I'm unaware of, the payment is personal and instant, my currency on the account is same as my friend and my account is confirmed, so what's the problem here?
