Transaction not happening - says completed?

I was sent some money from a family member and in order to move it to my bank account without the fee (which by the way was hard to figure out - switch straight to bank account rather than credit/debit card) and I have been waiting for 24 hours as it said it may take up to. Now, I have checked my account and balance and it says $0, and under activity, it says the transaction is completed. On my Chase account, I still have as much as before, and no pending transfers. Did the system lose $100 or am I just impatient? I'm just really stressed about it...

also, is there a way for me to track the transaction ID? I looked through the PayPal help pages and just found different ways of telling me the same thing

So, apparently, the  system says that it was "completed - referring to bank withdrawal." I only found this when submitting a help request on my account, rather than the forums...? And even then the actual ID said completed, but in a subtext, under "common issues," at the very bottom of the page it told of the other types of "completed." Now, I have to wait at most a week before I can get the money unless there actually was a problem which I can't tell right now because the system is too vague. If any mods see this, look at it as constructive criticism. Fix the system.
