I am shipping out an item and I was wondering how do I enter the tracking id so PayPal can credit me the money?

Please tell me the FUNDS ARE SHOWING IN YOUR PAYPAL BALANCE???

Only there is an ongoing scam where they tell you funds don't show UNTIL you provide tracking which is not true.
