Okay so a buyer that Im trying to sell stuff to is getting this message when he tries to send me the funds.

99% sure the problem is on the sending end. I've only had one instance where a receiver wouldn't accept my method of payment (Amex) via Paypal and that was with US Airways. Still can't use Amex with them via Paypal. No rhyme or reason.

I've gotten the same error when trying to have money sent to my personal account? So there's no options to change recieved payment types etc... Any ideas?

I am having this problem and there are no restrictions on my account. Someone is trying to send money via friends & family and getting a message that I don't accept this kind of payment. I have made no changes
