I'm experiencing a similar problem where I can not withdraw or send any of my funds anymore. I have tried messaging PayPal but so far I have only received an automated reply that offered no relevant information what so ever. (Yes I did go through all the links to information and yes they were all irrelevant.) I'm trying to withdraw my funds but each time I am asked to use the old website version. The hyperlink attached to it, however, sends me to a transfer screen that still does not offer me any option to provide any more information and then loops back on itself and prompts the same thing, saying to use the old website version, which has the exact same hyperlink. I've looked across the internet and found several people in this predicament but this is absolutely infuriating me because I need to leave the country for a wedding soon and I can't withdraw my funds to pay for expenses where people don't accept PayPal. This is absolutely infuriating.
