Send money in other currency using my bank account

Good afternoon

I'm trying to send money to my family in México using my bank account but it won't show me the option to use it, it only let me use my debit card (wish I don't want to because of the higher fee), yesterday it let me but it said that I will receive a call and I just needed to provide a code the site will give me, I never received a call and after a few minutes a message appeared "Can't confirm it was you", since then I cannot use my bank account to send money, somebody could help me please? thanks in advanced.

Does your mobile phone or service provider even accept or acknowledge incoming 'short code' or 5-6 digit SMS texting numbers?

where is your bank?

why not transfer fund from bank t o paypal account and then send to Mexico?

are you sending US dollars or peso>

can your family accept US dollars?

Can't, OP has to do phone confirm but they're not getting the text.  They can try Xoom.com via bank and have fanpmily members pick up the money at authorized agent.
