Hi, new user here, but asking for my girlfriend. She has an established PP account, verified and all that, with a linked PP debit MasterCard (prepaid). She's been able to use PP to accept payments, send and receive, etc., and has never had an issue with doing the "transfer now" to get the funds on her PP debit card. Today, her mom sends her a late Xmas gift of money via PP. When my girlfriend tried to transfer it to her linked debit card, it wouldn't allow the transaction to happen. After attempting a couple times, she called customer service. Long conversation later (including my girlfriend verifying all her info for security), customer service tells her that they won't do the transfer because it's being considered a risk. Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated

Only your girlfriend know the details of the transaction, including the original source of funds. No one else know the banks involved or the countries involved.
You can't override PayPal security controls.
