Hello paypal am a web developer and someone hired me for a job a month ago and now i was done with what he requested at details and sent him the preview to check then he told me that he doesn't need the script anymore and that he wants refund.
Then i told him that he can't have refund since i already did the job and lose the time.
Then he reveresed all the money from my paypal and bank and got them back and now my paypal even got minus balance.
Please do something to help me to take the money of my hard work back!
someone would suggest you draw up a contract before you commence work,but it is up to you to enforce the contract,and that costs money.
In this case,your mistake is you accepted Paypal payment and to win the dispute case,you need to prove delivery via online tracking which you do not have.
