Refund with a marked Account (help)

Hello Community,

Today my account got marked and they want me to send my identity card, but I'm using a pseodonymous, which I didn't new was not allowed. A buyer sent me money via Friends and Family, but now I can't refund him. What can I do? I want him to get his money back.

1. You open a legal financial account with a fake name???

2. You accepted a friends / family payment for a sale against paypal rules?

Not sure you can 'do' anything, paypal will probably limit your account and your buyer 'may' lose his money unless he does a chargeback.
