Recurring Payment customer's profile suspended... why?

I have a membership platform where members pay a monthly recurring fee via paypal. One of my member's payments have been suspended. When I contacted her about it, she's totally baffled. She has a bank account linked to her paypal account and there's plenty of money in it. It's always just drawn from that account via paypal. What could be going on?
