Receiver Transfer from PayPal to Credit Union Debit Card

A friend needs funds fast! If I transfer to their PayPal account, how long will it take if they request the money be transferred to their linked Credit Union debit card???

No way to answer - too many variables - we have no info about your account or your friends.  In an ideal situation, both your account and the receiver's account would be US account, both would be "verified" (no limits in place), both accounts would have "no" open disputes, claims or a history runds / returns.  In this situation, if you sent the funds - your friend would have the money almost right away.  And assuming PayPal permits the fund transfer to his card - it could all be done in under 2 hours.  But in not so ideal situation which seems to apply to most account owners - if there's an issue with one of the accounts - PayPal can hold the funds for up to 21 days.
