I bought a shirt on ebay, and the seller canceled it because it was out of stock. The message said the seller has refunded me, and under my transactions on paypal it shows payment received. It isn't pending or anything, it just says payment received for $121, but it is not being added to my balance, my balance still remains at $1.36
