Receive the email, but the transaction not shown

The buyer sent me the money through paypal, and I received the email indicating that. However, the transaction doesn't appear on my account. I am wondering what's going on right now.

Check the sender email address on the confirmation email to make sure its not fake email.  

If its an authentic email, make sure your email address is confirmed.
