Receive funds from PayPal in Jamaica

Hi community, I would like to know if it's possible to send money from my Jamaican paypal account to my NCB or CIBC Visa card? Because it seems you can no longer link your Payoneer bank o America account to PayPal.

The site said you can withdraw to your US bank account or a check.

I wonder if Paypal sends you a check to Jamaica,can you cash it locally?
