All right, so I'm probably just foolish in being new to this service and not knowing how to use it and need a little hand-holding.  My reason for joining; my buyer would like me to send the funds I'm asking for my product to my PayPal account, which previous to today, I did not have one.  I just set one up.

1. How do I end up in receipt of funds to my bank account?

2. How do I set it up so that he can send said funds to my PayPal accont?

3. How can I confirm receipt of said payments? Is this done on PayPal, my bank statement (online banking) or both?

Firstly alarm bells are ringing as you say your buyer asked you to open an account for them to pay you.

This can be a SCAM so can you give a bit of info on your transaction to check its ok and warn you of scams.
