Purchasing a US product with Australian Dollars

Hi,

I'm in the US and offer nutritional counseling services. Customers can purchase sessions via my website. I've worked only with customers in the US. 

I new customer from Australian wants to purchase sessions. 

How do I set up my account to allow her to pay in USD? The sessions she wants are $450 USD but it translates to $598.18 AUD.

you can set up to accept AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS ,and keep them as Australian dollars or convert to US dollars,there is a fee for conversion,PLUS THE exchange rate.

if you have your own website,you should call Paypal for more information

if she tweaks her account to send US dollar,she will have to pay the conversion fee ,some said for Aussie ,it is 3%?
