Hi. I was wondering if it were possible to make a purchase of over $3000 to an account of $0 balance using paypal. I know the funds are creditted to your source of payment, but is it possible that you make the purchase and then it is isnt creditted to your account and instead, you pay the negative balance in your paypal account as you get money into your account instead of causing a negative balance to your bank account. Is this possible?
