Suggest you contact customer services in your own country and ask them to check it for you.

I just look at my bank account report, and I received a payment of 0.14 € and 0.09 €. I have selected 165.53 €. Where is the problem then?

The 2 small amounts that you see are the 4 digit code to CONFIRM your card on your paypal account.

So go and find your card and enter the code to confirm it....   1409

You should have done that BEFORE you withdrew funds.
