Problem with withdraw money on paypal

Hello,

First, I payed something on Kinguin, when I saw that it was not that what I want, I ask kinguin to send me money back on PayPal, soo I could send back to my bank account... They have done that, as you can see ( https://gyazo.com/15f85902aecd48ab935f6d964c8c65a7 )...

It is passed 3 days, and I still cant withdraw money....

I just finish conversation with agend on Kinguin, and they said that, they have done, they have refund me money back, but that i have to ask PayPal where is my money and what happend with that refunds...

So, i now ask PayPal, what happend with refunds, and why I cant withdraw money???

Did you already attach and verify your bank account? If so then call into PayPal and ask them how to withdraw without issues.

Yes, I already do that... I have mail that my money is sended to my PayPal acc, but i cant withdraw it... 🙂 That is my problem... 🙂
