My friend payed some about 150$ and i'm trying to send the money back to another friend so he can buy stuff for me. i have a debit card and my phone number plus my email is all confirmed. i haven't claimed the money because i haven't entered my SSN. does that have a problem when paying someone? i was added funds to my steam account and it worked with no problem, so i'm just wondering whats going on and what can i do to fix it so i can send my money to my friend
