I have used Paypal Smart Connect for years with no problem. All of a sudden it will direct me to paypal and say Smart Connect but redirect my payment to a closed bank account and tell me the bank refused the transfer of funds. When I call paypal they are hard to get through to and by the time I get a person they tell me it is not their problem it is an ebay problem. Has anyone had this problem. I am about ready to take them to court for hurting my credit score.
