I accidentally had to click twice on buy my postage for an item that I sold . I looked at my paypal account and see that I was charged twice for the same transaction. I would like to get one of my payments refunded. The one that does not have the tracking number of my ebay seller list. There should have been a notification to tell me that I had already purchased my postage. Would someone please tell me how to get this reversed. Thank you
