I would like to send money to a friend on mine in US as a personal payment and I live in Qatar at the moment. However, I don't see this option in my dashboard. I only see the option of sending money to pay goods or services and then request from friends and costumers. How can I send a personal payment? Because I don't want to use the: "pay for goods or services" option since it is not the case.
