Pending payment question

Hi, this is probably an old question, but first time problem for me. The seller says he has not received notice of payment from PayPal, but they show the payment as pending. And the bank shows the payment made successfully to PayPal. What should I do next? Thanks in advance, Al

Check that you sent to correct email address.  Otherwise, contact PayPal customer service so they can check the recipient account to verify if payment went through to the right account.
