After 180 days, how will I know I am able eligible to recieve my funds?
Limitation was placed in mid July so I'm quite sure it's past 180 days but whenever I try to withdraw/transfer it always redirects me to Resolution Center
If you didn't receive an email from PayPal then you need to contact PayPal support for ehlp.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
