Payment through Credit Card option not working, always show Credit card not processed.

Hi

I am using Paypal on my drupal website. I have enabled the Credit Card option for paymen, and Test the Credit Card payment process using test gateway and it successfully done.

Now, when subscriber make payment through Credit Card, always get error like "We were unable to process your credit card payment. Please verify your card details and try again.  If the problem persists, contact us to complete your order."

And on my Drupal website log I get this error "Payment failed for order 63599: Authorize and capture immediately failed.Error: 10548: This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions. "

Please help me to solve this problem.

This could mean that the customer's card did not allow the transaction or the customer's card has to be confirmed before the transaction can be completed. Hence, call PayPal for more information.
