Payment scam?

Iv committed to buying a vehicle it is a private listing it says the only way to pay is with PayPal my cash card, once purchased to enter the 10 digits off the cards then submit payment, Iv looked up the instructions on how to use these cards and it's told not give the 10 digits off the cards but to load the money into my PayPal account but in the payment instructions it says not to use PayPal debit Mastercard and that's where my money would go to that eBay issues another prepaid debit card for perchance I don't know if it's safe to get these cards and enter the pin to finish paying for a vechile

DO NOT use paypal to buy a motor vehicle, there is no buyer protection.

It says that I have 5 days and if not satisfied I can return the vehicle if I don't go thru with this how do I back out with out it going against me?

No one can force you to pay for anything.

Personally no way would i even send a deposit until i had examined the vehicle.

First you should not put someones contact or personal info on this board.

Secondly they have sent an invoice, if you don't want to pay it then just don't pay it.

Just let the seller know you have changed your mind.
