My questions is the fallowing: I created my paypal account about a month ago and last night around 10am EST I received a deposit that reflects in my wallet but this morning I want to go to the bank and withdraw it but it tells me on the customer care Avatar that the amount that was deposit to my paypal account is not reflecting. Could I be having issues or could I withdraw already? Or does it take time to withdraw?
