Before few hours i was forced to place a bank account to resume,Now when i placed a bank account,I am not able to use my paypal balance still.It says 'Claim now' and i am not interested on sending my payments to my bank account yet since i want to purchase more stuff online.
So is it possible to pay ignoring the 'Claim now' thing below my money?
Do i have to withdraw then deposit once again or what exactly?
Also,i get a error trying to send payments or deposit
