Payment Status: "HELD" HELP!

Hi all, I sold my bitcoins at Localbitcoins Website

And after when i recived money on paypal my Money is now on

"Payment Status: Held / Temporary Hold "

What does it mean? Did he made Refund / Charge back ?

Btw he is now Banned on the Localbitcoins website 

Any help?

There are many reasons for holds, including new member, lack of delivery, and risk.

You are in a very high risk transaction business.  This would be a good time to review PayPal polciies and make sure there are no restrictions on what you are selling.  

When you do busienss with a risky seller you run the risk of your own account being limited.

Before 5 Days I recived more than $5K Without problems

But this Transaction With bitcoins And member Banned on the localbitcoins by Staff

$5,000 is a serious amount of money and PayPal wants to know about that.

If you don't provide acceptable information PayPal may just close your account and hold your your money for 180 days.
