Hello I had made a payment on a website and they did not get it and I did not get an email or anything but the money was taken off my PayPal balance! I have screen shots of all of this if that would help please help thanks
Once in a while there are lag times with payments/emails posting. Give it several hours. PayPal is running gazillions of transactions at the same time.
