Received a payment from a friend and the money is being held for 21 days. This is not right. It was a private transaction between friends. I am furious at the moment. I will be calling customer service in the morning to raise holy **bleep**. It shouldn’t be legal to hold my money for that long. What if it was for an emergency??? **bleep**ing stupid policy. After this is resolved I am half tempted to quit using PayPal all together. Too many fees, and it takes too long to get your money. Or in other words, it sucks **bleep**.
