Im trying to make a purchase on ebay for $45.46. I have a debit card which is attached to my bank account. I have there $46.23. The account is in $, not local currency. I have the following option set up in paypal :
But when i pay, paypal is trying to bill me in my local currency, and fails due not enough funds on the card.
I have succesfully paid about 3 weeks ago, using same card, same bank account, same paypal account, purchase was for 124.88$ i had 125$ and it was succesfull.
Does anyone else have the same issue?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
