Paying bills with paypal

 Is there a easy way to pay all your bills with a paypal acct? if so pls tell me how

Not sure what you mean by easy, if who you need to pay accepts PayPal, then you're good.   If they don't accept PayPal direct but, do accept credit cards, then you may want to look into the products that PayPal offers.   For example here's one.
