Pay after delivery issue

Hi. I have pay after delivery as my current payment option. On most paypal transactions this has worked *except for one that was for the usa*. All eBay payments plus dominoes pizza payments. I have just send a payment (not a payment request but a payment send for goods) to a private seller but even though I have the option as pay later it still sent payment straight away 😠 Why is this? It's really annoying that paypal allow the pay later option but don't put it on all transactions that it's needed for. Thank you

I've messaged paypal twice bit no response. Easier to see if anyone here has had the same issue or knows what the problem is

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

i used to be able to use pay after delivery also and now its never available as an option.  i emailed pay pal and never got a response.  weird.

some of us wonder what is the attraction with PAD ,you get ten days and no credit card protection,but never get an answer?
