I talked to a rep from pay pal and they DO give the run around, they are really not sure what is going on. I think PAY PAL bit off more than they can chew! Many of us will not be using pay pal or we just may go to Amazon~~ THANKS Pay Pal.......you're gonna lose a lot of people and money
