Options when receiving transfers - between Paypal account and Bank account

I'm not familiar with Paypal services, but is there an option to directly transfer funds from the transfer from another party, directly to my chequings account rather than sit in the Paypal account and then withdraw the funds and skip the 3-5 business day delay?

No, someone pays to your paypal account and then you withdraw it when you want to.
