No payments

I sold some items on eBay and I shipped them. I got emails saying to claim my money from the buyers by December 25 by clicking the link in the email. I clicked it and it said to log in or sign up to claim my money. I logged into my account but it just says no balance. I need help!

Seems like you accepted a scam.

You should check your PayPal account on your computer for the payment transaction details.  It will indicate when payment is completed and OK to ship.

NEVER SHIP UNTIL PAYMENT IS COMPLETED.

The email you recieved was not likely from PayPal.  YOu failed to verify the real email address of the sender.

Time to change your PayPal password as you might have given a scammer access.
