From Canada here. I bought a paypower prepaid card with $215 on it. When I tried adding it to paypal, it said I needed to confirm the card and type in the verification code and paypal will charge a refundable fee (around $2.5) which will appear on the statement, where the code could be found. However, when I checked my balance on the paypower website, the balance was around $212.5 but there was no transactions listed and therefore no code. Then I had it resend it but when I checked the balance after, it was at around $210 and still no transactions and therefore no code listed. Help?
