No Wallet Option On Checkout

Hi , Sometimes well 50% of the time when i checkout the wallet option isnt there , My mom doesnt really let me use her card (eventhough i give her the exact amount im spending) So i use the money i earn from my youtube channel (only 5-8$) to buy stuff i want , But as i said sometimes my wallet option isnt there and only my moms card (wich she doesnt let me use) So Please help me out with this problem

Hi there, 

You can select and change your preferred way to pay online whenever you want by logging in to your PayPal account. Here's how to select your preferred way to pay online:

1. Click Wallet.
2. Under Payment Methods, click  the payment method (your card, bank, or balance) you would like to make your preferred payment method.
3. Click Make this preferred when paying online.
