I've only used Paypal for a couple of weeks so sorry if this is a ridiculously fixable issue. I think I remember, when I first made the account, the Wallet screen, even if empty, showed me $0.00. Now, no information is coming up other than my cards. No balance, no option to transfer funds, etc. Has anyone else had this problem?
