Today, I wanted to login to my other account (not the one I am using now) and turns out my login details are incorrect. I
tired a couple of times to login and nothing worked. I also tried to recover the account but that didn't work either. I
then check my email to see that Paypal has sent me an email at 5:29PM and 5:30PM saying that I added a new email to my
Paypal account which I do not recognise:

I started panicking and thinking how this could have happened but it turns out that I remember trying to verify my Paypal
account yesterday because I was unable to purchase anything from anywhere for no reason. I then got an email in my junk
folder from an unknown email address which wasn't Paypal but at the time I did not read it because I was desperate to try
and fix the problem of me not being able to purchase anything. Here are the screenshots of the spoof email I have

As you can see, there are ways of identifiying that this is a spoof emal. This happened yesterday and at the time I was
only thinking about fixing my Paypal account so I just went with it and clicked the button and completed all the steps to
verifying my account which actually was a spoof email.
That Paypal account is not the one I am currently using because I was unable to login to it as he took all the details and
changed the from my account including my email so I cannot login to that account or recover it. I also added £200 on that
account which I converted into dollars which became $300+ I don't remember the exact amount as I had extra money on there
already since I used to add money frequently onto my Paypal.
I just want to know if there is anything that can be done about this such as getting my account & money back as I believe
the user has taken money out from my Paypal account. I do blame myself for this as I was rushing to fix my Paypal account
so I could purchase things again but the situation seems hopless as of now. What should I do?
