When i opened my pay pal i did so with my nickname and recently tried to change it to my legal name which is very much different from my nickname. So when I did this is flagged my account and is making me go through a verification process in which i need: Proof of Identity, Proof of address and SSN. I have sent in one of everything they have asked for. Clear photos, even written permission. It is still not enough. Why wont they take this limitation off? Why won't they change my name? They keep saying what I provide isn't valid. only thing I haven't sent them in a utility bill, which I do not have. I live with a friends mom and everything is in her name.
