Money on hold

Made my first sale, got paid, PayPal put the money in hold with a release date of the 17th. Today is the 17th and the money is still on hold. When will I be able to use it?

Its the 17th up until mid-night, if it has not cleared by then then contact customer services and ask them to release it.
