So I sent money to a friend , he says he didn't receive , we waited , and nothing happened , he didn't even get the email saying he got the payment , I tried again this time as Services , the same amount , I can't ask for a refund or anything and already lost 20€ , the transaction isn't showing in my bank account, but it says there that money I sent can't be used Help please
