Money did not transfer.

I brought something on eBay then I canceled it. The seller send a message said that they sent the refund. I can see it in my paypal account but it did not arrive in my bank account. What's the problem?

Any funds received will be credited to your PayPal account balance - this is assuming you paid from either your PayPal account balance or your bank account.  If you paid with a credit card, the funds will be credited back to that card.

But PayPal text said my bank app will see a card statement saying the money were refunded... Also before I canceled a item and the money did refund to my bank(I used PayPal to pay).

Also there's nothing in my paypal balance.
