I transferred $550. to my bank on 8/19. Was told the transfer would not go through until the first business day, which was today. I checked again on Sun. and still showed that transfer was to go through on Mon., 8/21/17. Transfer did NOT go through. Activity now shows that there was NO request for a transfer. System is down so that I cannot call. This money was promised to some of my creditors. Now I'm getting all these overcharge costs because the money is not there. I need this money. I have been without my medicaton waiting for this transfer. What went wrong? EVERY dealing that I have had with PayPal has been a nightmare. I've wanted to include in my postings that they would get a discount if they did NOT use PayPal. Since I'm not techinically a business I cannot accept credit cards or debit cards so I'm stuck with PayPal. My first experience I was lied to "3" times when my money was available. When it finally became available I immediately transferred it ALL out of PayPal. Because the amount was $1,000. I was then told, after waiting weeks for the money, that due to the size of transfer to my bank it would take 1-5 business days to complete. How many days do you think it took? I can tell you that it defenitely was NOT day 1 or 2.
