I'm new to PayPal credit. I recently made several purchases and clicked PayPal credit. It went through like a charm. But when I checked my bank account, it had also been withdrawn from there! So I've double paid to PayPal. And it's so frustrating to not be able to speak to a friendly voice.
Oh no! Duplicate payments can definitely be a pain. You can report this to us using the information listed here, and we'll investigate and issue a refund if we can verify the payment is a duplicate. Hopefully this information helps!
