Living out of the U.S.

I'm temporarily living outside the U.S., but am unable to use the mobile number associated with my account.  Therefore I'm unable to update or make changes to my account due to the texting verification that PayPal sends.  What's the fix?

Come back to the U. S.  Your U. S. account is for use in the U. S.   

 You could also phone PayPal support to see if they can make a special accommodation for you.
