A few weeks ago I received money from a friend into my paypal account. As usual I was given the option to accept or refund it but mistakenly left it without clicking anything. I forgot about it and now, after a month we have both received emails notifying us that the money has been sent back to him.
This is fine, but now he is unable to send me a payment again and we are both unsure as to why. Can anybody advise on this issue? He's sent me other payments in the past without issue.
